One model, one threshold. We work on a monthly retainer, from €3,000 a month. Below that we do not take the engagement. Anything outside that frame is a custom quote.

Rates in euros, excluding tax. The final price depends on seniority and scope. Rates reviewed on 31 August 2026.
What is included, and what you commit to
- Three-month minimum, to give the results time to land.
- The first month carries no commitment: it is the trial period.
- Replacement within 7 days: if the leader withdraws or the fit is not right, we put forward an equivalent profile and handle the replacement.
- One invoice, one point of contact, a dedicated Squad Manager.

What does a fractional marketing leader cost?
From €3,000 a month, depending on seniority and scope. Below that threshold we do not take the engagement. That is roughly half the annual cost of a permanent hire once recruitment and employer charges are counted.
Does the rate change with the role?
No. The rate is the same, from €3,000 a month. The price follows seniority and scope, not the function. A revenue leader, a CRO or a Head of Growth sit in the same band.
What if my need does not fit that frame?
We put together a custom quote. The monthly retainer is our standard model and it covers the large majority of engagements. A wider, shorter or different need is priced case by case.
